By plugging into a stereo of musical device, his memory banks are capable of remembering, and transmitting perfected lyrics to any song. The perfect equipment to spy with! He literally belongs to Headset. Headset foolishly uses Emoticon's abilities to download and transmit illegal frequency sample and play pranks on his friends and fellow teammates.
